- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service (e.g., login times, features used) to help us improve the platform.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the ProJo service.
- Process transactions and send billing notices.
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your comments and customer service requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with third-party service providers necessary to run our business:
- Google Firebase: For hosting, authentication, and database services.
- Stripe: For payment processing.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud servers.

Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to ProJo. By creating an account or using our project management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To access ProJo, you must register for an account using your email address or Google authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
ProJo is a paid SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We offer the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $12 per user/month, billed monthly.
- Annual Plan: $132 per user/year, billed annually. This includes a promotional discount equivalent to 1 month free.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Organization Settings dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds:
- Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscriptions. Contact support to request this.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months used.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all data, files, and text ("User Content") you upload to ProJo. By using the service, you grant ProJo a license to host, copy, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you and your team.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ProJo for any unlawful purpose or to upload malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or disrupt the service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ProJo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProJo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
